1. Brush your teeth with the other hand
Do something different in your daily routine.
This is an easy one I do every now and then whenever I feel like I’m plastered to the wall and the result is amazing!
Sometimes, I wear my watch on the other hand. Notice how it feels when you do the routine stuff differently.
2. Spend time with your 5 year-old
Kids have boundless imagination and creativity!
I love spending time with my 7 yr-old nephew and 5 yr-old niece.
They never fail to inspire me and we always have many good laughs together.
Well, you know they say laughter is the best medicine!
3. Go somewhere you've not been before
This doesn't mean a holiday overseas.
It just means taking a walk by yourself to the nearby park which you've never noticed existed before.
4. Do Yoga
Yes, I'm also a yoga teacher.
Yoga practice gives you a good physical workout. With the right breathing technique and focus, it also has the ability to calm and quiet down your mind.
5. Experience Sound Healing
We are all vibrational beings.
Yes, when you put everything under a microscope you will see that everything vibrates! In a sound healing session, I play the gong and singing bowls as well as other instruments.
You will hear the sounds and feel the vibrations.
It has the ability to release blocked energy within you and dissolve stress in your body by helping your cells to return to its original state of vibration, back into harmony, back into balance.
