5 Ways To Get Unstuck
You know you’ve been there at some point in your life. We all do!
A feeling like you’re doing the same things over and over. Or perhaps feeling stuck about a decision, big or small.
Well, staying in the comfort zone may not be so comfortable after all!
Good news is that you’re not alone and here’s 5 ways you can get unstuck.
1. Do something different in your daily routine
Brush your teeth with the other hand or wear your watch on the other wrist.
Notice how it feels when you do the routine stuff differently.
2. Spend time with kids
Kids have boundless imagination and creativity!
They never fail to inspire and amuse.
3. Go somewhere you've not been before
This doesn't necessarily mean a holiday overseas.
It just means taking a walk by yourself to the nearby park which you may never noticed existed before.
4. Do Yoga
Yoga practice gives you a good physical workout. With the right breathing technique and focus, it also has the ability to calm and quiet down your mind.
5. Experience Sound Healing
We are all vibrational beings.
When you put everything under a microscope you will see that everything vibrates! In a sound healing session, I play the gong and singing bowls as well as other instruments. You will hear the sounds and feel the vibrations.
It has the ability to release stress and blocked energy within you by helping your cells to return to its original state of vibration, back into harmony, back into balance.
